This is prototype adapter designed to mount QuadLock Wireless Charging Heads V2 to BMW motorrad cradle navi mount. Model is printed using ASA. There is place for PCB (1.6mm) with PAD (on prototype I use just universal PCB) to power the wireless chargers.
Tool is printed on PETG and it is just used to properly glue locking cogwheel/gear to base.
Connection:
Two TOP pins (1st row) are 12V, 2nd row are GND. To Enable power output from cradle you need to place magnet below connector (there is HAL sensor in cradle). Be careful there is fuse limiting current to 1.85A, internal P-MOSFET transistor (ZXMP6A17E6TA) can handle max .2.4A

Completely re-designed by me in Sketchup. Tested on my own bike before release here on more then 1500km. Still works and nothing has happened ;)
