I made it for my fiance. He has a simple ikea taple plate which is 35mm thick.
He had a headphone holder with a screw, but that did come loose over time because of the force on the parts, so I made a version that would clam on due to the radius and hopefully gonna hold longer than the other one.
His headphones sit quite well in the designated space which is 60mm, so I think most headphones will fit well.
