Sharing my solution for a screen. Found this portable monitor on Amazon for $37, and it comes with a leather carrying case and mini HDMI cable.
It mounts to the case using the two thumbs screws. I whipped up a quick bracket reusing the same thumb screws. This make it easily removable if I need a monitor somewhere.
If you buy it, watch GerGO's video on how to invert the image. Just change "UD" in the script to "inverted" to make it work with this screen.
Also, I have a custom top cover for the SV08 that requires all those steps on the bottom. Modify it flat if you have other top covers.
