Cuttingboard - Bed Holder for Lemontron

Cuttingboard is a redesigned bed holder with Thumbscrews for toolless assembling and adjusting the bed, Reduces warping during and post-print, and is small enough to print on a smaller printer (i.e. Lemontron)

Pint Setting:
- Refer to Lemontron's Print Setting

Additional parts:
- 2x M3x100 Threaded Rods
- 4x M3 Nuts
- 2x GB806 Blind-Hole Thumbnuts with Throat
- 2x M5x70 Threaded Rods
- 2x M5x130 Threaded Rods
- 4x M3x8 Countersunk Screws

Optional parts:
- Loctite Red 271
- 2x M3 Nylon Lock Nut

Assembly:
- Threaded GB806 thumbnut on M3x100 threaded rod, followed by M3 nut (secure thumbnut with Loctite or jammed screw with M3 nut)
- Insert M3 nylon lock nut into the middle slot of [Bed Holder Main], using the included hole to hold the nut and screw in the M3 threaded rod assembly (Nylon nut is optional, but makes the threaded rod captive)
- Secure [Bed Stiffener] and [Bed Holder Main] with M3 screws as usual
- Insert M5x70 threaded rod and M5x130 threaded rod on [Bed Holder Main], and push [Bed Holder Left Arm] and [Bed Holder Right Arm] in. It should be flushed
(note: may need to widen the holes with 4.8mm drill bit)
- Secure the arms with M3x8 countersunk screws
- Use the same posts as the official Lemontron, but swap small bearings for [Bed Spacer]. It should be self-tapped and tightened (meaning turning with the screw)
- Push M3 nuts into [Bed Knob], and secure the posts to the arms.
