Replacement wheel for the Miele S275i (probably fits other models too).
Updated Version - V2
My original replacement wheel broke after 9 months of use when I dragged the vacuum cleaner hard across a high threshold. I have thus updated the design with an M3 screw replacing the small central pin, which should help distribute the load better and prevent layer separation between the wheel and its axle.
You will need two 8 mm and two 10 mm M3 screws for assembly. Four 8mm screws could also work.
Print in PETG using the infill settings in the .3mf files.
For a hardness similar to the original, print the wheel cover in 30D TPU with 65% honeycomb infill. I think 40D/80A could also give good results with a lower infill percentage.
Original version - V1
This version requires only two 8 or 10 mm M3 screws for assembly, but will not be as sturdy as the V2 version. Probably sturdy enough if you have only flat floors and don't submit your vacuum cleaner to much abuse.
