Requirements:

4 18.6mm Length, 6mm M2.5 Threaded Standoffs, M-F for bottom threads

4 20mm M2.5 Screws as top screws.

4 M.2 HAT + / AI  KIT/ AI HAT +/ SSD KIT  official included plastic Threaded Standoffs.

4 14 mm M2.5 (can be longer) Screw as bottom screws/case feet

1 Stackable 0.100″ Female GPIO Header with Extra 0.3″ Spacer: 2x20-Pin, Straight

(don’t know how long it really is. Its more important that’s it’s a long enough GPIO spacer that you have access to the GPIO pins through the HAT)

Printed with PETG on a Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro with .4 mm nozzle, 2mm layer height and 35% gyroid infill

Assembly instructions:

1 Secure the included official spacers to the HAT with the 20mm screws. Don’t completely tighten the screws, the screws should slightly extend through the other side of the plastic spacer for the next steps.

2 install the GPIO spacer on the pi Carefully (to avoid bending the pins). Align the HAT's  plastic spacers  with the RPi 5's screw holes .

3 Mount the Geekworm/Suptronics X1200  under the Pi in the correct orientation. Make sure the pogo pins align. Use the 20 mm screws that you installed during step 1 to secure the X1200 bord to the Pi5, they should barely (yet securely) fit and leave some empty thread space on the bottom of the X1200

4 Thread the 4 standoffs to the bottom X1200 board.

5 Carefully install your 2 18650 Lithium-ion cells according to Geekworm's/Suptronics' safety instructions.

6 Place the entire assembly in the case and use the 14mm screws to secure it to the case (you could use longer screws if you want to surface mount the case to another surface).

7. Enjoy your newly mounted pi 5 with a UPS and a top PCI express HAT for all your robotics, embedded, and computer vision needs.

Like all pi5 cases, Active cooler is highly recommended.

And If you are going to mount this to a drone please add foam padding under the 18650 cells to avoid them being dislodged during a crash.
