Update 5/12/25: have been running the feet about a week now, much sturdier than the stock feet and less wobble.
40mm riser feet for the Sovol Zero. Print the foot in something sturdy (ASA/ABS/PET/PC), print the pads in TPU for grip. 95A TPU will work, softer TPU will grip better.
You can increase the Z height of the TPU pads in your slicer for extra lift and shock absorption. For TPU I recommend 5 walls 5 t/b 25% infill for the right balance of squish and rigidity.
Use 2x Voron spec heat inserts (M3 x 5mm OD x 4mm L) and 2x M3x8 SHCS per foot to attach the TPU pads.
