Dual-Blade Head Shaver

Ever wish you could speed up your morning shave? With this little gadget, you can snap two Gillette Blue 3 heads together, back-to-back, and suddenly you’ve got a double-sided shaving thing that fits right in your hand. It makes shaving in the shower super quick, and you’ll love that smooth, fresh feeling every single day.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1. PETG filament: You want something a bit flexible so the shaving heads can adjust to the shape of your hand-skip PLA, it’s too stiff.
2. Two Gillette Blue 3 disposable razors: You’ll be using the heads from these.
3. Super Glue (cyanoacrylate): For bonding the printed layers together.
4. About 50 minutes of your time: The print uses a fine 0.1mm layer height for extra precision.

How to assemble it:

1. Remove the shaving heads from two disposable razors.
2. 3D print the four parts and glue them together as shown in the pictures (Try to align them as best as you can, but don’t worry-perfect alignment isn’t necessary for it to work well).
3. Attach the shaving heads. Pay special attention to the middle pin-it should be centered so it acts like a spring, adjusting the tension of the shaver to fit your hand.
4. Slip it onto your hand and you’re ready to start shaving!
