An a adapter that will fit within a 1x6 or 2x6 for your Pelonis portable air conditioner. This allows for you to use a piece of wood to seal your window, rather than stacking the flimsy plastic boards.
I posted versions for 2x material (1.5" thick) and 1x material (.75" thick).
If you would like to use a different thickness of wood I uploaded the freecad file (.FCSTD) for you to modify. Double click on “Inner Ring” on the left and type in the thickness of your board. You will then need to export it and cut it in your slicer.
