This is a tight fit, and gives you space on the one side to screw in the mini satsana shroud I'm using. I'll post pics soon.
Print in 100% fill with something heat resistant that won't crack after repeated heat exposure.
I recommend ABS, but ASA, or PETG would be good as well. I would not use PLA, or any CF filaments. The rising heat will eventually warp PLA if used for the mount for the extruder. CF filaments will not enjoy the heat either and will become brittle with time. YMMV.
