A replacement for a mount of a cheap chinese bike computer Assize 400 / 401
Did it for my kid to replace broken mount and save cheap chinese bike computer from becoming an e-waste.
Requires wires and contact pads from the original mounts. The holes to house them in the replacement are the same as original, so just press a pin from the bottom to extract from the original mount, and then insert into replacement.
Print in orientation shown in screenshot. Clamp that goes around handlebar requires support, but very simple one. The computer clip-in piece is designed to be printed without support, but the orientation makes release lever weak point. So use PETG or ABS for flexibility, crank up temp, reduce piece cooling fan speed. And/or reduce layer height to 0.12 - for me this helps to make stronger interlayer bond, because nozzle pushes new layer in better.
