Attention! Don't print the adapter and install it on the bike! Danger to life!
I have designed the adapter and printed it as a sample to check the dimensions and then to rebuild it from aluminum. Maybe someone would also like to make and build something like this and so already has a starting point. Please use common sense and technical knowledge if you are planning something like this. I take no responsibility if the file is misused, so once again, don't print it and install it on your bike!
Adapter for the fork to install a 180mm brake disk (together with the adapter for the 160 disk, see photo). It is probably not clear in the file, the threads (M5) are perpendicular to one side (brake caliper side), the through hole for the countersunk screw is perpendicular to the other side (fork side)! You need aluminum, countersunk screws, drills (4.2, 5) and a tap drill (M5), a lathe/milling machine, technical know-how. Check in advance whether your fork is approved for a 180 mm disc. Don't look closely at the paint job, it's just painted with a Sharpie/Edding pen ;-). Have fun making your own!
