If you want to print this with perfect numbers, then you will need a multicolor printer. This is not necessary, as you can simply draw the numbers on after it is done printing with a Sharpie or other strong marker.
I have not found a printing orientation that works without supports. For best results, enable supports in your slicer.
If you want to print this with multicolor, changing the rotation in the slicer is not recommended, as this does not have as much color changes. This does require more support, but you can use multimaterial support to solve this issue.
If you do not need to print this with multicolor, then you can use the “lay on face” feature to settle the object on a side. This leaves fewer sides needing support, and a cleaner look in the end.
