The scad uses BOSL2, it has a one line that should install it. I did modify the $fn of the thread to be smoother. Bottle has an od around 51/52/53 depending on where you measure it. I believe it is 53-SP400(M) bottle threads. I tried remodeling this in FreeCAD and it did not work any way I tried, but the threadbench helped confirm the bottle size.
I would recommend a slightly bigger tube_od_2 than 8.7, maybe around 9 would be a more snug fit on the flower things.
