Thread was changed for M22x2 for easier installation, so you need to print both files.
Holder should be printed in PETG, nut can be printed either in PETG or PLA.
Print settings I've used:
- Leayer height: 0.12mm
- Support: touching buildplate
- No brim
You may want to shrink holder a tiny bit so it's easier to screw both things together, I've printed mine about 0,7% smaller.
