Reasonably low material usage spool, with the top flange separate so the entire thing prints without supports. Top flange is a loose fit - will need to glue in place to assemble. Center hex is a slightly loose ¼" to drive with a standard electric screwdriver.
Originally intended to hold loose weed wacker line; center section is 55mm diameter which should be fine for most weed wacker line, though too tight for most filaments. Pictured holding ~190' of 0.065" “evo-twist” line.
To print - import into slicer of choice and split bodies. In PrusaSlicer, right-click model and select “Split > To objects”, then orient however you want - note that the separate flange has several different diameters of bores through it, which you'll probably want to print oriented to avoid support.
