A variation on those that do exist, this one has a radius included to help guide the tool across the frets as you sort out your ends. Some common radii have been included in the models provided, but you can also go into the STEP file and change the parameters yourself.
Fret_End_Degree = the bevel angle for your fret ends (set to 30 degrees default)
Fretboard_Radius = The formula is ( x * 25.4 ) to convert inches to mm where x is the radius in inches
File_Slot_Width = change for thickness of your file
The holder requires 4x M6 bolts (20mm-30mm will work) to hold the files in place. I recommend printing a bolt knob (https://www.printables.com/model/751901-knurled-thumb-knobs-for-hex-nuts-or-bolts-m468-bou/) to make it easier to operate! The M6 bolts are held by printed threads - the file does not need to be overly tight in the holder, so there should be no reason to break the threads. Just be careful not to cross-thread them when putting the bolt in for the first time.
You can use whatever file you have laying around as long as it is wide enough to project from the end of the slots - all I had was a ridiculously long one, and it got the job done.
