The hull is designed to be printed solid and upside down and shouldn't require supports. With a .4mm nozzle it will only be 2 lines wide in most areas. The rubber band hooks are re-enforced. Lay the paddle on it's side and print solid as well, I needed a brim for adhesion but still no supports. use 4 rubber bands , one between every other paddle gap. Scale it up as big as you can fit on your printer. Wind it up and let it go, I got it go pretty far.
