About
This model is a set of inserts for the Fram3 cover that is compatible with the CMF Phone 2 Pro.
Additional Supplies
- 1mm Acrylic (dimensions below)
- Sand
- A sealer (RTV silicone is recommended, but I used petroleum jelly)
- Charms to bury in the sand
What sand can be used?
Anything grainy that does not clump up should probably work. (I used pumice)
Just make sure it is dry or else it will stick to the walls/itself/jam up.
1mm Acrylic Dimensions
The following dimensions have 0mm clearance.
- Top: 31mm x 31mm
- Middle: 66.5mm x 88.75mm
- Bottom: 37mm x 12mm
Required dimensions may vary due to individual printer tolerances.
Printable cutting templates have been included, but are also subject to variation printer tolerances.
Slicing & Printing
- Orient model with the open side facing up.
- Disable supports.
- Add a pause after the retaining wall is printed / before the sealing layer is printed.
- Print until the pause
- Add sand (Note: Can get messy) & charms
- Apply sealer to the ledge
- Place acrylic sheet
- If oil or sealer seeps onto the acrylic, clean it off or else the sealing layer will not stick!
- Continue print
