Stackable Formicarium Microscope Slide Lids

My own take on a formicarium out of the 3d printer and would like some input,

building and printing instructions:
uses standard microscope slides as lids for the compartments,
inlays into the compartments to further specialize the compartments, 
uses 12 mm PLA ports and cuts of a PVC Hose (inner diameter 12 mm, outer 15mm) to connect to standard 16 mm test tubes
Support recommended, alternative stop the print (color change) and inlay the slide into the print.

Ant keeping comments:

Middle connector is used as a water source, Lids can be slid open to use as a founding stage arena,
For bigger colonies, the Nests can be stacked on top of another, tape it to further secure it.
If no access is needed, gluing or taping the slides in place is recommended.

No gaps inherent in the Design, so there should be no concern with smaller ants,

Interior Design features ramps for easier traversal, especially for smaller species.
