Ich war auf der Suche nach einer einfachen, aber stabilen Möglichkeit, mein Dragino DLOS8N Outdoor LoRaWAN Gateway an der Wand zu montieren. Dabei wollte ich eine Lösung, die:

• sicher hält,
• von oben eingeschoben werden kann,
• aber auch leicht entfernbar ist – z. B. um Kabel umzustecken oder das Gerät temporär zu versetzen.

💡 Daraus entstand diese einfache Steckhalterung, die das Gateway von oben einrasten lässt. Das Gerät sitzt stabil in der Wandhalterung, lässt sich aber mit einem Handgriff wieder abnehmen – ganz ohne Schrauben oder Werkzeug.

I was looking for a simple yet stable way to mount my Dragino DLOS8N Outdoor LoRaWAN Gateway on a wall. The goal was to create a solution that:

• and is easy to remove—for example, to swap cables or temporarily relocate the unit.

💡 The result is this simple slide-in wall mount, which allows the gateway to snap into place from above. The device sits firmly in the holder but can be removed with a single motion—no screws or tools required.
