This is a simple print - recommend a soft tough stretchy TPU such as Ninjatek Ninjaflex (Shore 85A). A harder TPU could work - they do stretch, but not as comfortably. Protect your bed with gluestick schmear (water and gluestick, rub it around to a thin covering over the whole printing area.
Once you have it printed, the little circle stretches over the knob at the end of the arm on the vent window positioning arm. Then I use a cup-hook permanently mounted to the window sill so to close and secure the vent window, you just hook the bungie onto the cup hook. To open the window, remove the end that the cup-hook is going through. You don't have to remove the loop from the knob on the control arm.
