Credit Card Holder

This (credit)card holder is easy to make, you need elastic band 20mm like https://www.amazon.com/Elastic-Stretch-Elasticity-Bedspread-Multi-Color/dp/B08DRD348R?th=1 any color you like. Also you need second glue special for PLA ABS PETG or PC like Arka Kraftprotz but you can choose your favorite glue.

 If you making your own Initials or .svg file in the .f3d the last sketch(8) you can wipeout the one I inserted and here you can insert your own sketch or .svg . Then in the last extrude(5) you only need to cut max 0,6mm the (lost) profiles which you need to choose.

 In the slicer you need the setting of infill on 100% and Support on build plate only and use no brim. 

When the print is done you'll need to glue the elastic band first in the backplate and after that you need to glue the backplate and frontplate together (see also photo) . if you have a clamp it's recommended to clamp the plates really fast between two wooden planks, and make sure that everything is evenly coated with glue to make sure it's nicely seamless. Now you can glue the elastic band on the second backplate opposite direction on the same way, and the final frontplate on it. Also use a clamp to make sure it's nicely seamless. 

I Have design also a glue mold you can use to glue everything nicely seamless. First you glue the elastic on the two insides and then the right outside cap wait till the glue hardened and last the left oudside cap.

Finally you can remove the glue residue with a sharp knife, be careful. 

Now you have a beautiful sturdy personal made cardholder for approximately 5/6 cards. Yes it is without a clip, I will think about it but don't hesitate to design one.

The photo of  the girl with baloons / skoda / BTS and the turkish flag is the final result and also printed in two color. Also in two color black which look like a watermark. Woodstock is printed in 5 color without mmu.
