This Dynaplug pill tire repair kit is really nice and compact, but it rattles like crazy. I designed this 2pc set to fix the rattle.
The O ring goes around the pre-installed plug.
The little dot is much more tedious. For some reason the knife that comes as part of the kit is 2mm shorter than all the other tools. You put the little dot into the hole for the knife. It has to be oriented just right and will take some finesse. I used the blunt end of one of the plugs to help get it flat.
Once both are installed, rattles are eliminated.
Requires print in TPU. I used Filatech FilaFlexible 40.
