Tiny Y-Splitter for PTFE tubes that you can use on any 3D printer, and it is fully 3D printed. It is compact and light enough (less than 3 cm in height and weighing only 1.5 g) to be used anywhere on a printer, and it won’t bother your toolhead at all if you place it directly above your extruder. Just keep in mind that you have to tighten the bolts a little bit—but not too much—and by hand only (please don’t use pliers).

No PC4-M5 needed.

To prevent it from breaking, you must use PETG, as it needs a bit of elasticity at the threaded parts.

Printed at 0.16 mm layer height. You can go lower, but higher layer heights tend to result in a loose bond between layers, and the threads will break after four or five cycles of screwing and unscrewing.

For optimal strength, use four walls and no infill.

No support needed.

Arachne mode is also recommended, as tiny walls will be taken into account (especially on the bolts).

For better bed adhesion, I recommend an outer brim of 2 mm width and a 0.1 mm gap to allow for an easier release.

To strengthen the base of the mini-splitter, a modifier was added slightly higher, at the bottom of the body only, as shown in the picture. The parameters of the modifier are in the third picture (slicing done with BambuStudio).

For the full set, you have to print three bolts.
