Thanks to André's idea, I went and created the gear for the 62MC. I have attached the freecad design (requires gears workbench). The larger gear is 27 teeth and diameter of 48mm with 30° angle. The smaller one 7 teeth. To get the original one off, I had to actually cut it open, force and heat did not work.
Printed in PETG and 0.2mm layer height. If possible, print in more durable filament like nylon.
There are two versions: 63 with a hole in 6.3mm. Depending on your printer, the fit might be too tight and then use the 65 version which has 6.5mm diameter.
To open the shredder, you need a very long phillips screw driver, 200mm should work fine. Remember the screw under the warranty sticker. Remove the screws for the smaller circuit board so that you have some way on the cables to the motor. Remove the metal housing and then you can remove the motor. While you are at it, you can clean and degrease the geats and the shredder blades - my blades had very sticky grease causing higher torque. Remember to re-grease everything though.
