Massieves Scharnier für Türen.
Abemessungen (LxBxH) 75x96x20mm, Dicke Scharnierblatt 10mm.
Passend für Dachlatten mit 48x24mm.
Gedruckt wurde es mit eSun PLA-Carbon für mehr Festigkeit.
Bei mir war das Infill 50% und die Schichthöhe 0.2, dies kann aber ja nach Bedarf und Gewicht der Tür angepasst werden.
Der Bolzen hat noch einen kleinen Distanzring um das Spiel zu minimieren.
Verwendet wurden nur Stützen auf dem Druckbett.
Die Borhungen für den Bolzen am Scharnier habe ich noch nach dem Druck mit einem 10mm Bohrer nachgearbeitet.

Solid hinge for doors.
Dimensions (LxWxH) 75x96x20mm, hinge leaf thickness 10mm.
Suitable for roof battens measuring 48x24mm.
It was printed with eSun PLA-Carbon for added strength.
I used 50% infill and a layer height of 0.2, but this can be adjusted depending on the door's needs and weight.
The bolt has a small spacer ring to minimize play.
Only supports on the print bed were used.
I reworked the holes for the bolt on the hinge after printing with a 10mm drill bit.
