Our John Deere loader has shims for the bucket. I took measurements and designed new shims on FreeCad to replace the worn or missing shims. I printed these in ABS to see how they would fare with the sand I scoop. The original ones I designed were just discs made with PLA (which won't last in sand). On these that I uploaded, I added a grab hold so the shims could be easily inserted between the arm and bucket and easily onto the pin. The inside hole diameter is 60mm and the outside is 120mm. I'm new to this 3D printing and designing and I'm making several attempts on the printing to see what works best. I am doing 100% infill.
