I made an eGPU enclosure for ADT-Link F9G Oculink board. It fits a SFX power supply and a GPU with up to 300mm length.
I printed it on a Prusa i3 MK3s with PLA. A stress test was done, and there was no bent areas due to the temperature. I had a GTX 980ti installed with up to 230W power consumption.
The second part of the enclosure is connected by a dovetail-guide and some 5mm neodym magnets. And I glued some rubber feeds to the bottom.
