This is a wearable orb holder aka a crystal ball pin. To make this, you'll want the following objects:
- 14mm diameter marble with a blue-ish iridescent sheen (you can adjust the diameter in the .scad if you need)
- small pinbacks
- sparkle black filament (or similar)
- shiny gold filament
- epoxy or other strong adhesive to hold the marble and pinback to the print
- this printed file
When printing, I did a color switch just after the bottom of the base completed, with the base in gold and the back in sparkle black. See the photo for an example.
Glue the pinback and marble to the 3D printed part and voila - magic.
