I really like Zachste's box, but my cards wouldn't fit inside the holder and the holder itself was a very tight fit inside the box. Also, closing the lid wasn't as satisfyingly smooth as without the holder anymore.
So I remodelled the thing in CAD, made it just 0.6mm thinner and allowed for 1mm wider cards. The result is a great fit for this great box.
