Man kann die Sockel-Unterteile jetzt auch mit einer 0,8er Düse drucken, weil sich die Details nun am oberen Einzelteil befinden.
Die oberen Einzelteile lassen sich nun einfacher drucken, weil sie flach liegend gedruckt werden. Nach dem Druck werden diese in die Schlitze der Sockel gesteckt.
Die Lagerseite mit der Lasche hat deshalb zwei Löcher: 2,5 mm und 2 mm für Schrauben M3 und M2,4. Diese werden einfach eingeschraubt.
Der Abschnitt mit den Zapfen für das Ritzel an der Hauptachse kann jetzt einfacher detailliert gedruckt werden. Für den oberen Teil mit Gewinde gilt dasselbe wie für die Sockel-Unterteile (0,8er Düse). Die beiden Einzelteile werden formschlüssig verklebt.
Nach der Verwendung kann der Filament-Spooler einfach in zwei Teile getrennt und platzsparend verstaut werden.

You can now print the lower parts of the base with a 0.8 nozzle because the details are now on the upper part.
These upper individual parts are now easier to print because they are printed flat. After printing, they are inserted into the slots in the bases.
The bearing side with the tab therefore has two holes: 2.5 mm and 2 mm for M3 and M2.4 screws. These are simply screwed in.
The section with the pins for the pinion on the main axle is now easier to print in detail. The same applies for the upper part with the thread as for the lower parts of the base (0.8 nozzle). The two individual parts are glued together with a positive fit.
After use, the filament spooler can be easily separated into two parts and stowed away to save space.
