Print standing like a T with tree support. PETG or better, but PLA will do if not left in the sun.
Use Orca/Prusa to a modifier cube to the top of the T to increase layers. I did 6 walls and 5 top layers.
The original is threaded so unscrew it while holding in a vice with soft jaws (or a piece of cardboard between the shaft and the vice like me).
Screw on the printed one and let it make it's own thread.
