This model is as close to what is in actual watches as I could get with 3D printing

This escapement is based on technical data from the book “Watchmaking” by George Daniels so it's almost just like in a normal watch. Fusion 360 files are included for potential adjustments.
In my opinion the project isn't difficult if you know at least the basics of 3D printing.
It's essential to have a well calibrated printer for this project and it can be helpful to have a 0,25 mm nozzle for some models.
Hardware: 4x M4 hex nuts
4x M4x30 screws (slotted heads are probably the best)
Filaments: All of the parts should be printable in PETG without issues, but I used PETG only for the base parts, the balance wheel and mainspring barrel. For the springs, winding key and the click I used PC. For the pallet fork, escape wheel and for the collet pin I used PA12CF (it's not necessary to use this material). If any problems with fitting of the holes occur just adjust the files in Fusion.
Printing: Print all models as they are positioned. If you have a 0,25 mm nozzle use it for the balance wheel if not try adjusting the printing speed if any problems rise. Use 100% infill on the balance wheel, pallet fork, escape wheel and both springs. For the winding key use 4 walls. You can use ironing to reduce friction on every part except the balance wheel and mainspring. Supports are needed on the balance wheel (try drawing them only on the arms and the disc above them), the click, the mainspring and the base balance wheel bottom part.
Assembly: Very straight forward just put everything together like it's shown in the Fusion file and add the srews and nuts. Use some sandpaper if something doesn't fit.
The models have little holes on all cyllinders that move, don't worry about them those are there to reduce friction caused by the crossing seams.
