This is a wall mount for PS5 Slim Digital Edition.

Features:

• Designed for minimal support needed
• The PS logo faces away from the wall

• Washers for chamfered screws (layer separation protection)
• USB Type C cable holder
• Modular Add-ons can be designed for it
• Open airway for the air vents on the bottom of PS5
• M3 screw to hold the PS5 in place

Print Setting:

• Layer Height: As you wish
• Perimeter: At least ≈2mm (x4 for 0.6mm nozzle | x5 for 0.4mm nozzle)
• Infill: At least 35% Cubic
• Support overhang angle: 61 degrees or more if your printer can handle it (for minimal support usage and a clean print)
• Print Direction: As shown below (wider part facing the print bed) (the washers are self explanatory)

• Support Blockers: Can be added everywhere except on the USB type C cable holder as shown below. Add support blocker (only if your printer can handle overhangs more than 60 degrees) to reduce time and improve print quality.

Note: If you use Cura, you can open the .3mf file availabe with the preplaced support blockers. Print setting needs to be changed.

Installation Guide

• Print the wall mount and the washers
• Either use the part itself, or print and use the drilling guide to mark the place for holes on the wall

the drilling guide, is a single layer (0.2mm) print that marks the four side of the final print and the placement of the holes you should drill on the wall (or any other surface you want to mount the PS5)

• Drill the holes.
• Place the washers in their place

This step is crucial to prevent the screws from splitting apart the layers of the printed part.

• Use appropriate wall plug and screws to place the wall mount on the wall based on the type of wall/surface you are connecting the print on. the holes on the print are 5mm in diameter.
• Pull out the little cap on the bottom of the PS5 to reveal the M3 screw hole
• Place the PS5 on the wall mount
• Use an M3*35mm screw to secure the PS5 in place
• All Done!
