This stop pad sits above the mirror spring in BMW E9x (E6x etc...) models, keeping the mirror at the correct position.

This stop pad, also heard it called a centerpin, sits between the folding mirror spring and the lip of the pivot post in BMW E9x, likely E6x and possibly other compatible models. It helps ensure the electronic mirror mechanism halts at the precise fold/unfold position. These plastic pieces are common to break as they age, so I modeled this simple part to 3D print.
Attached photo of the piece isn't the most accurate, in v2 I added fillets where they should be.
My print setting (Prusa Mk3S+, ASA):
- Filament: Prusament ASA
- 0.10mm DETAIL (when printing on 0.05mm, the prints failed 3 times, I was too lazy to do some more tuning)
- No supports
- 3 perimeters
- 60% infill, there isn't much of it anyway
