This is a case for a stripped down logitech C510 camera pcb. The pcb itself is just VHB taped to the inside of the housing and this seems to work fine.
Based on the C510 case from TreasureDev, but optimized for sleekness and with a mount for the voron 2.4/Trident canopy front corner screw holes.
It has the ability to svivel 5 degrees left to right, 25 degrees up/down and able to slide 8mm up or down.
BOM:
- A stripped down logitech C510 webcamera
- 4x m3x5x4mm heat set inserts(2x in housing, 2x in bracket)
- 3x m3x5mm socket head screws(2x in housing, 1x in bracket)
- 1x 3mm washer(for the screw between the bracket and the mounting plate)
- 1x m3x15mm socket head screw(1x between bracket and arm)
- 2x m3x8mm socket head screws(for mounting to the canopy)
Print recommendations:
- Everything except the mounting plate can be printed without supports.
- 0.4-0.6mm line width
- 0.2mm layers
