Comlit Intercom Outdoor Unit Box

I designed this enclosure ( box ) with door for my Intercom outdoor unit. Printed it in Creality Hyper ABS, in three parts, main housing, door and knob. No supports needed.

Needed:

3x m3  brass inserts

3x m3x10 allen cap screws

4x 4x2 magnets

Assembly: Heat inserts goes into the door top and bottom. Screw 1x allen cap screw into the top insert on the door. Now place the door into the main body so that the allen cap screw goes into the hole on the top right side in the main body. Through the hole in the bottom right side in main body screw the second allen cap screw to secure the door. (hinge).

Next insert the last heat insert into the knob and and fasten the knob with the last allen cap screw.

Next glue the magnets in the holes on the left side top and bottom of main body and door. ( make sure you insert the magnets in the right side up so that they dont repel each other.

As my intercom unit was all ready fastened to the wall, I designed the box to go over the intercom unit. I used silicon to glue it to the wall.
