I recommend more infill in the lower part than in the upper half, for static reasons.
If the vase is not only to hold dried flowers or water, seal the interior with Diamant Dichtol, for example. For dry use, add some sand to the base, also to improve stability. The specified printing time of approx. 4 hours results from an MKS3+ printer with a layer height of 0.2 mm/speed and a vase height of 10 cm. With 0.3mm layers, the printing time is reduced to about 3 hours. With different higher infill densities also up to 7h and above, see gcode file example.

Ich Empfehle im unteren Teil mehr Infill als in der oberen Hälfte, aus statischen Gründen.
Wenn die Vase nicht nur Trockenblumen aufnehmen soll, bzw. Wasser eingefüllt werden soll, den Innenraum z.B. mit Diamant Dichtol zu versiegeln. Bei trockener Verwendung etwas Sand in die Basis einfüllen, ebenfalls zur Stabilitätsverbesserung. Die angegebene Druckzeit von etwa 4h ergibt sich bei einem MKS3+ Drucker mit Schichthöhe bei 0.2mm/speed bei einer Vasenhöhe von 10cm. Bei 0.3mm Schichten verringert sich die Druckzeit auf etwa 3 h. Mit unterschiedlichen höheren Infill-Dichten auch bis 7h und darüber, siehe gcode-Datei-Beispiel.
