This is a modification for Simin's Cable Chain for the Elegoo Neptune 3 series printers. I only tested it with my Max. I modified the Z axis mount, a link, and the 90 degree extender (aka hotend mount) to be compatible with the TBStron3D Z Axis and X Axis Linear Rail upgrades. The Z axis mount bracket that connects the X-axis gantry to the Z screw is different than the original one, and doesn't work with Simin's Z Axis Mount. Simin's 90 degree extender doesn't work with X axis, so I used LANPartyCEO's modification for X axis capability, and modified it to work with Z axis linear rails. As far as I know, it only works with Simin's Cable Chain, or remixes of it, so go to their page for the rest of the designs.
This model prints best if you print it on its side, as pictured in the Cura screenshots. I don't know exactly what screws you need to use, but I had some random screws lying around that look like they came from either the X or the Y linear rail upgrade. I think they're M3.5? Possibly M4 but I didn't have any around that were labelled at least.
Warning: If you install this cable chain, your max height will have to be reduced to around 450
