Wall Go

This is a recreation of the game Wall Go from Netflix's game show The Devil’s Plan. I haven't seen the episode yet, but a friend wanted to play the game, and it looked to be a lot of fun.

After some research, I decided to make a version which is round about the original size of the game board. Another condition was that I could print everything on my Prusa MK4S. That is why the board is 36.7cm in length.

I could have created a smaller version, but those are already out there, and I wanted something to add to my board game collection.

Printing

I used 6x3mm magnets to hold the different board pieces together. It works quite well, but after I gave it some thought, I decided to also add a version with joints. You can decide which version you like better.

Be aware that there are two versions for the tolerance of the magnets. 0.15 works perfectly for the MK4S, and the magnets are snap-fit. If you are not confident in your printer's capabilities, print the looser version and glue the magnets.

If you just want to be able to play, print four board pieces and two token sets (2 round pieces, 25 walls for each set).

If you want the whole game, you need to print four board pieces, four token sets (4 round pieces and 25 walls each), and the box and lid. I needed 1.2kg of filament to print everything, and it took me almost two days.

I've also made some simplified versions of the coins used in the show. They are optional, but I just wanted some to play with + they fit between the cointainers when stored.
