Plastic Nocks of arrows tend to break quite easily. In order to replace them, the remaining bits need to be removed from the (carbon or aluminium) arrow shaft. This can be done using a drill bit, but is a rather tedious job, because it requires inserting the drill precisely and coaxial in order not to damage the shaft.
Usage Instructions
This jig can be placed over the shaft and guides a 3.0mm or 3.5mm drill bit (check filenames!), which can carefully be turned and removes the plastic. This Jig is designed for Arrow shafts with a 7.2mm outer diameter and 4.2mm nocks. Drilling a 3.5mm hole is usually enough to weaken the nock enough to remove it, while still not hurting the shaft material. I strongly recommend to use a hand-guided chuck for holding the drill bit and not using power tools, since the task is a bit delicate.
Disclaimer - Dimensions
Since there are lots of different arrow shaft inner and outer diameters, please use a caliper and make sure the dimensions match your actual arrows. The FreeCAD-Files are, however attached, and it is trivial to add other shaft or nock diameters. I recommend to provide approcimately 0.15 mm clearance to all holes, to allow a snug fit while still allowing all parts to move.
Hints for Printing the Part
I printed the part standing on the little flat part on the drillbit side in Prusament PETG with the default 0.25mm Speed setting, but I added 8m brim for better bed adhesion. Tested print files and slicer files are attached
