I wanted to pressure bleed the brakes on my 2012 chevy truck (Express 2500) without spending money on a pressure bleeder so I came up with this. You will need a air compressor with a pressure regulator valve, a valve stem (I used a TR438, others might fit), and a way to strap it to the reservoir. Can use velcro or lashing straps, zipties can also work but you will need to cut them each time you refill the fluid.
The tpu cone should be printed with several walls and top/bottom layers (6-8) to ensure an air tight seal. And the plate should be printed in a rigid material such as pla.
I was able to dial in the pressure regulator on my compressor to consistently provide 15 psi as measured by a digital tire gauge which took some trial and error. Filling and releasing the pressure from the air hose several times until it was consistent. Most hand pump pressure bleeders seem to recommend around 15 psi. I would make sure to dial in and triple check the pressure before filling a plastic brake reservoir with air pressure.
