I used Fusion 360 topology optimization, I love the organic shapes it makes. I included the step file to make it easier to include words on the base.
I subtracted the hole in the base of the plane with blender, though my method of scaling a cube and placing it and the aircraft where I want it probably wasn't the most elegant. The stand is 0.12" side length square, so add a few thou to that for clearance and subtract it from the plane model you're printing.
F16 in second picture is from Tolawdjk on Thiniverse, 1-144 Modern military aircraft, re-scaled to 1:100.
