This was a fun model to start the day with. The shades didn't really add much so I had tried sculpting over top of the material preview while watching the solid mesh which lead to some ok results. Then I did a multi-resolution modifier and went over everything again with some subdivisions and then added more touch ups. Overall it took a fair amount of time but I'm pretty happy with the results. Again I've got the render with the exaggerated creases.
I also made a quick lowpoly version with a 45 degree decimate and 90mm in height. I'm going to try printing this with fuzzy skin and I'll upload a photo.
For printing this should be fine right on the baseplate with minimal supports.
