Philips BT9000 Precision Charging Dock

This charging dock provides a safe, elegant, and functional stand for your Philips BT9000 trimmer. Designed specifically to fit the BT9000 body, the dock allows charging while holding the trimmer securely upright, with extra storage for the comb accessory.

Designed entirely in FreeCAD, with a focus on bathroom usability, cable management, printability, and countertop aesthetics. This is Revision 4 (R4), fully optimised after multiple test prints.

Perfect Fit: Center slot holds the Philips BT9000 trimmer body securely upright.

Integrated Charging Hole: Charger fits neatly through the central hole directly into the trimmer while docked. Designed for friction fit.

Accessory Storage: Rear rectangular slot holds the adjustable comb, with a small integrated drain hole for moisture runoff.

Cable Management: Underside cable channel routes the charging cable cleanly out the back.

Secure Mounting: 4x suction cup keyholes on the underside allow stable mounting to smooth bathroom surfaces.

Charger Compatibility

This dock is designed for use with the Philips BT9000 Beard Trimmer and is compatible with the stock charger or the USB C converter (I used BENSN 15V HQ8505 Charger Converter).

Assembly & Use

Insert the charger through the central hole.
Place the trimmer into the dock for charging.
Insert suction cups into the four keyholes underneath for added stability.
