I built this model for a project that required adding an IR receiver to a Raspberry Pi Zero. The slot in the front of the case will accept a TSOP382 IR receiver module with the leads bent back at a right angle.
The case bottom accepts 4 M2.5×4×3.5 heat set inserts. The case top attaches with 4 M2.5 20mm screws that thread into the bottom inserts.
Should print fine without supports (I used PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height)
For my project, I connected the receiver to the Pi with 30AWG wire wrap wire soldered to the leads and wire-wrapped to the Zero. If you want to use something like Dupont connectors instead of wire wrapping, you'll need to increase the case height. You can adjust the CaseHeight user parameter in the included Fusion file (but finding longer M2.5 screws could be a challenge!)
