I'm currently testing contact issues on my DMD offroad cradle for the DMD T665 phone. I have created a sealing ring with a reduced height by 0,2mm which seems tor alleviate the problem for me.
STLs provided are the original and the reduced dimensions.
No warranty regarding weatherproofing or any other properties.
Print with a 0,4mm nozzle (thus getting exactly 2 wall lines) at 0,16mm layer height from a suitable flexible material (I used SEBS, you probably don't want to go harder than 95A, possibly stay below to allow for the needed flex!
