This is a tablet holder inspired by this model (35mm grip) to fit a 40mm grip steering wheel (VW). As I have a VW.
*** DO NOT USE WHILE DRIVING ***
The model shown was printed using eSun grey PLA and is the Mk1. Avoid direct sunlight and it should be OK but PETG is probably better in a car environment. The Mk1 model sags a little without supports on the top row of half diamonds. I have included a Mk2 variant that cuts down the overhang distance and also has a cut out at the front for center buttons. As yet I haven't printed the Mk2.
The bottom lip is large enough to accommodate tablets with a case as per pictures and the top fits a 40mm grip. Use the link above for a 35mm grip.
I've added the Mk3 with a larger lip to accommodate a tablet with a rugged case.
