I bought this component grabber and found it hard to hold when pushing down the plunger. It worked fine when gripping the tool tightly with the whole hand, but it was still slipping and not really user friendly.
The hole has a diameter of 8.5mm (8mm + 0.5mm clearance). The flanges extend 15mm from the hole edge to edge.
